Program:
Day 1 - arrival in Cairo, airport pickup, transfer to a hotel facing the pyramids or in central Cairo (your choice). Rest. Night in Cairo
Day 2 - breakfast at the hotel and a trip to the Giza Plateau. A tour of the pyramids, optionally going inside one of them, a panoramic view of all 9 pyramids, the Sphinx.
On to the new Grand Museum, a guided tour with an Egyptian guide
The old town, the history of Cairo’s founding, Cairo’s first street Muizz, medieval buildings, mosques, and caravanserais. The Khan el-Khalili bazaar. A late lunch at a restaurant on the banks of the Nile, a felucca ride on the Nile.

Day 3 - an early trip to the airport and flight to Aswan
A visit to the most beautiful Temple of Isis on Philae Island, a short boat ride around Osiris Island - Bigeh
Check-in at a hotel on the banks of the Nile, lunch, rest
At sunset, a boat ride on the Nile around the islands, a visit to a Nubian village
Return to the hotel, rest
Night in Aswan
Day 4 - a trip to Egypt’s southernmost point, Abu Simbel. Two majestic monumental temples on Lake Nasser. Lunch in Abu Simbel, then back to Aswan

Day 5 - a trip to Luxor
Along the way, visits to the ancient cities of Kom Ombo and Edfu and their temples
